Our A2A2 Raw Whole Milk comes from cows that live on clean, chemical-free pasture — moved every single day to a fresh paddock so they're always grazing on the best the land has to offer. This is milk the way it was meant to be: unprocessed, full of natural goodness, and raised without shortcuts.

Every glass starts with the right genetics. Our cows produce exclusively A2A2 beta-casein protein — the protein profile found in milk before modern breeding changed things, and the type many people find easier to digest than conventional A1 milk.

How our cows are raised:

• Daily paddock rotation — cows move to a fresh section of pasture every day, ensuring they always have access to the most nutritious, diverse forage available
• Chemical-free pastures — we use zero pesticides or synthetic fertilizers on our fields, ever
• Soil-first farming — we build soil health naturally through animal impact, rotational grazing, and strategic cover crop seeding
• Organic alfalfa supplement at milking — cows receive a certified organic alfalfa supplement during milking to support peak nutrition and a calm, consistent milking routine

What makes A2A2 different:

Most commercial dairy herds produce milk containing a mix of A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins. Our cows are tested and confirmed to carry only the A2A2 genetic profile, meaning every drop of milk they produce contains exclusively A2 beta-casein — the same protein structure found in human breast milk and the milk of many heritage cattle breeds.
