Recipe: Cast-Iron Blackened Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2 pasture-raised pork chops
  • 2½ tbsp Blackened Blend
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil or tallow

Instructions:

  1. Pat pork chops dry and coat with oil.
  2. Season heavily on both sides.
  3. Heat cast-iron skillet until very hot.
  4. Sear 3–4 minutes per side until deeply browned and cooked through.
  5. Rest 5 minutes and finish with grass-fed butter.
